Frequently Asked Questions
That depends on how complex your requirements are. A basic (up to) five page website starts from $699. Sites that require more work, such as eCommerce, memberships, locked content etc, are priced according to the hours required to complete the work and any paid plugins required to make the site work. Image sourcing and licensing is also an optional extra. We are happy to provide a no-obligation free quote on all jobs.
Websites are charged at 50% upfront and 50% once live. Any additional changes requested after the site goes live, are charged at $90 per hour.

You can also learn to maintain your website backend if you wish.

Your site will be fully customised to your brand style and colours. Backend, you site will include Elementor page builder (free version), Updraft backup plugin and any other free plugins required to deliver the site you have envisaged. Basic on-page SEO is also included, along with up to five email addresses. Unfortunately, platforms like Wix may offer ‘easy’ solutions and your page will look pretty, however most of the important ‘behind the scenes’ work is missing. For a start, you can’t add Google Analytics without paying for upgrading to a paid version. A professional web designer understands the essential building blocks of a good website and will automatically implement these or give you the option of including these in the build. A Wix website will always be a Wix website and not your own, personal, standalone site which can be optimised to ensure your site gains maximum exposure. If you outgrow Wix, you can’t migrate your data elsewhere so you’re starting from scratch. Often taking on your own website build costs more in wasted time and lost business, than if you’d engaged a website builder from the start. Having your own domain name instills confidence in your potential customers or clients and reflects a professional, trustworthy image for your business.
